Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and manage reservations
- Answer phone calls and emails, provide general information and assistance
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area and respond to guest requests
Requirements:
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
- Basic English required; Mandarin or other language skills are a plus
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Responsible, friendly, and able to work shifts including weekends
