We're looking for enthusiastic and customer focused team members to join our Functions and Events Team. In this role you will support the team by setting up function rooms, serving food and beverages as required, meeting client expectations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be helping to create memorable cocktail parties, awards nights, corporate presentations, business luncheons, wakes and weddings.
All training is provided but to be successful in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
We pay above the award wage, provide your roster 3 weeks in advance and have many shifts and opportunities available.
About You
- Flexibility to work our operational hours including mid week days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- An outstanding customer service personality, friendly and approachable
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to carry 3 plates and clear 5
- Be capable of moving and setting up furniture
- Previous experience in function and event service would be advantageous
- Current RSA & RCG Certificates
- Drivers' License is also required
