FMI Building Innovation is expanding in New South Wales and we’re looking for a skilled Furnace Operator to join our high-performing team of Glass Processors.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor the glass tempering furnace and associated equipment
- Ensure correct loading/unloading of glass to maintain quality and safety
- Conduct quality checks and minor maintenance as required
- Work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience operating glass tempering furnaces (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of glass handling standards
- Reliable, physically fit, and a great team player
- Commitment to health and safety practices
