Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Venue Manager to lead our vibrant Glenelg venue!
What’s the role? As the Venue Manager, you'll be the key driver of daily operations. Ensuring a motivated team, a positive and energetic atmosphere, and an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
- Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
- Day to day inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
- Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
- Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
- Responsible for venue P&L management.
Who we’re looking for:
- A natural leader with hospitality or retail experience (QSR experience is a big plus!)
- A people person who knows how to lift a team and create a feel-good customer experience
- Positive, proactive, and ready to take on any challenge
- Super organised, solutions-focused, and always looking to improve
