We're seeking a Full Time Assistant Venue Manager to join our Windsor team! You'll bring proven leadership experience, a team first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences. You’ll be at the heart of the action from leading shifts, supporting your Venue Manager, and helping create a high performing team that drives success every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
- Manage day to day inventory and stock control.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain venue cleanliness.
- Hire, train, develop and motivate your team.
- Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
- Oversee venue P&L management.
- Someone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred!).
- A strong communicator who builds high performing teams and values customer connection.
- A driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Someone who’s organised, proactive, and committed to continuous growth.
