About the role

We are looking for a Change Management and Communications Specialist who will be focused on Global Workplace Strategy You will be integral to the development and implementing the people-side of change for real estate and workplace transformation initiatives, which includes changes to physical workspaces, hybrid work models, office relocations, and new ways of working. You will develop and execute change strategies that ensure smooth transitions, employee engagement, and alignment with business goals.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies for workplace transformation and property-related projects.
Focal point for the Function’s communication strategy and delivery to the organisation through various channels
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to support transitions in workplace environments.
Collaborate with project managers, facilities teams, HR, and IT to align change efforts with broader organizational goals.
Support office moves, consolidations, and redesigns by managing employee expectations and minimizing disruption.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to prepare teams for new work environments.
Monitor adoption and feedback, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Track and report on change metrics, employee sentiment, and project success indicators.
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will ideally have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Real Estate, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in workplace strategy or property management.
Expert ability to articulate complex strategic and operational workplace topics to external stakeholders
Familiarity with change management methodologies
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Knowledge of workplace trends, hybrid work models, and corporate real estate is a plus.
Ability to manage ambiguity and influence without authority.
