We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Grader Operator to join our Construction team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and improving our local road network, ensuring safe and accessible infrastructure for our community.
As a Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to construct, maintain, and repair unsealed and sealed roads, drainage systems, and other civil assets. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for residents and visitors.
What we are looking for:
- A current grader operator ticket (and the skills to back it up)
- Someone that will jump into labouring when grading is not required
- Assist with road construction and maintenance
- Conduct pre-start checks and maintain accurate records of work completed

This is a Level 5-6 position which has a current salary range of $87,690 - $88,976 (plus Super).
