An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Grader Operator to join our Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate in Clermont. Reporting to the Team Leader - Infrastructure this position is responsible for the operation and service of plant for construction, maintenance and urban works.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 12 months experience in similar role - operating Grader, plant and equipment
- Knowledge and experience in basic mechanics and general maintenance
- Plant tickets relevant to the job i.e. Grader (other plant tickets are desirable)
- Ability and willingness to undertake labouring duties when required
- Experience in road construction activities and similar is essential
- Previous experience with standard road maintenance grading operations
- ‘HR’ Class driver’s licence
- Construction White card
- Salary $68,968.27 - $71,319.68 per annum
- Nominally 38 hours per week (3 x 10-hour days and 1 x 8-hour day, Monday - Thursday)
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
- RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
