About the Role
As the Head of Department (Curriculum), you will lead the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives aligned with school and departmental priorities, contribute to delivering the vision of the State Schools Division, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and foster positive, collaborative relationships with students, staff, and key stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
As the Head of Department (Curriculum), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the relevant curriculum areas or whole school program to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
