What you’ll deliver with us
As our Head of Digital Technology, you’ll lead our digital technology function; including the strategy, operating model, delivery and of course, our greatest asset, our people. This position is instrumental in building world class digital experiences for our people and works collaboratively with cross functional leaders and teams across the entire enterprise. Reporting into our General Manager, Consumer Technology you will have the perfect blend of strategy, execution, leadership and have a passion for leaning in to business and build strong relationships at all levels, but particularly at EGM and GM level.

- Play an instrumental role in the largest technology transformation an Australian organisation has undertaken
- Think strategically about workforce strategy and solutions
- Manage all vendor and consulting relationships, holding to account and supporting success
- Play a pivotal role in a number of customer experience transformation programmes, working closely with product, business and technology functions.
About you
You are a strategic leader with the perfect blend of technology, innovation and people skills. You have a strong understanding of customer and consumer technologies and have a passion for building world class consumer experiences. You will also have experience working in a B2C organisation, and have a broad remit across mobile, web and emerging technologies. You are creative, tenacious and can hold your own in conversations with executive stakeholders. You will also inspire and motivate your team in a time of transformation, change and an industry which has been disrupted with emerging players/ competitors. Are you up for this amazing challenge?
You’ll also need
- Experience as a technology thought leader, particularly in the areas of digital and marketing technology.
- Digital roadmap development and execution.
- Extensive experience working within a Technology function in a large, complex organisations.
