The role
We’re seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Head of Finance Business Partnering to join our Perth team and lead a high-performing group of Finance Business Partners.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will work closely with Business Unit Executives, including the Property CEO and CFO, to provide strategic financial insights that shape decision-making, enhance profitability, and improve financial performance across our property portfolio. You’ll be instrumental in creating a best-in-class finance partnering function—turning data into decisions and insights into action.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior BU leaders to deliver timely, strategic financial analysis and performance insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across business units
- Provide actionable commentary on business unit performance against budgets and prior years
- Ensure financial risk is managed in accordance with policy, accounting standards, and legislative requirements
- Drive process improvement across budgeting, forecasting and reporting models
- Build and lead a team of finance professionals—setting clear goals, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure transparency and accountability across the organisation through strong financial governance
About You
You’re a seasoned finance professional with:
- 10+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
- Proven experience working with executive leadership to influence commercial outcomes
- Outstanding analytical and modelling skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts simply
- A strong understanding of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- A collaborative and coaching leadership style with a passion for team development
- Experience in the integrated resort or property industry desirable
Additional Information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in WA
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and advanced financial modelling tools
- Willingness to work on-site and travel interstate when required
