About the Role
As Health Service Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the hospital’s clinical and operational services to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
- Provide clear leadership and direction during a time of high visibility.
- Build strong relationships with staff, medical teams, and community stakeholders.
- Drive service performance, workforce management, and cultural respect initiatives.
About You
We are seeking a confident and experienced nursing leader who can demonstrate:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Postgraduate qualifications in leadership/management.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving service outcomes.
- Strong communication, resilience, and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to cultural respect, collaboration, and excellence in care.
