ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cosmetic Practitioner at HelloDr Blackstone, you will deliver a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, provide expert consultations, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will collaborate closely with medical and allied health teams to uphold the highest standards of safety and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of cosmetic treatments such as injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), skin rejuvenation, and other non-invasive procedures
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand patient goals, assess suitability, and manage expectations
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual needs and safety considerations
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care for optimal results
- Collaborate with the clinical team to continuously improve service delivery and patient satisfaction
About You
- Certified and experienced Cosmetic Practitioner with relevant qualifications and registrations
- Demonstrated expertise in cosmetic injectables and skin treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
