We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Learning and Development Specialist to join our Culture, Learning and Development team in Perth.
As the Hospitality Learning and Development Specialist you will lead the onboarding and training portfolio across our largest Business Units, Food & Beverage and Hotels, which together represent over half of our total workforce. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the delivery of accredited and non-accredited programs, provide expert guidance on training design, and ensure seamless execution aligned with business needs.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 hospitality training advisors delivering technical training and performance uplift across the hospitality portfolio for Crown Perth.
- Ability to deliver operational training across Hotels and Food and Beverage, as well as manage and prioritise work for the portfolio.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with and meeting the priorities of the business and against the Hospitality Academy scope of work.
- Design and develop technical training content with the team, including accredited training.
Qualifications
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Must possess 8+ years in Hospitality, ideally working in an integrated resort, and/or having both Hotels and Food and Beverage experience.
- Proven ability to design, development and facilitate learning programs within the Hospitality portfolio.
- Proven experience coaching others and identifying areas for improvement within hospitality operations.
- Able to lead a small team
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential
- Hospitality Certificate III Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent is essential
- RSA is essential
