The Opportunity:
This role sits within our Oncology business unit. In this position, you will represent and promote our Oncology portfolio of products—including those related to bladder oncology—within a specialist hospital environment. Your responsibilities will include developing insights into your territory, planning and executing strategies, and continuously refining your business plans to meet and exceed customer goals.
You will be field-based in the state of Victoria, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop territory plans and execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory.
Use your skills and ability of using multichannel resources including F2F sales calls to engage key Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Urologists.
Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
Actively monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities and business insights.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Previous experience as a hospital sales specialist.
Knowledge and understanding of hospital processes and protocols.
Experienced in retention and of utilizing a high level of clinical knowledge.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of how to work autonomously and as a team.
Education:
Preferably Bachelor’s degree in science, Business or equivalent.
Additional information:
This is a full time permanent position.
Position is based in Australia.
This position is field based in Victoria and 60% travel is expected in line with your role.
