Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Handle daily payments and financial reporting, including weekly income/expense summaries and cash reconciliations.
- Oversee property maintenance and security
- Supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and payroll
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, communal areas, and outdoor spaces
- Manage laundry operations and linen organisation
- Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies
- Liaise with tradespeople for repairs and address minor maintenance issues
- Build relationships with local businesses to attract guests
- Engage with the local community to enhance the property's reputation
- Maintain accurate records of supplier deliveries and invoices
- Prepare weekly revenue forecasts using company templates
- Manage the Hotel Bar and oversee the operation of the Hotel
About You
- Previous experience in hotel or property management is essential
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Practical mindset with a willingness to perform light maintenance tasks
- Available to start employment immediately
