We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hotel Receptionist, with the flexibility to assist in our on-site café during busy periods.
Due to being a small, close-knit team, we all work together to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, which means stepping in to help wherever needed—including the café during peak times. This is a diverse and engaging role that blends front desk responsibilities with occasional café support, offering you the opportunity to grow your skills across both areas of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist (primary role):
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Address guest concerns or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts between 7am–3pm. (No afternoon or evening shifts.)
