Each of our centres is an impressive, purpose-built facility with indoor and outdoor learning environments, which have been designed and customised to capture the imagination of all children to play, learn, develop and grow.
Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, this full-time role will play a key role in working closely with a geographical patch of our Centres, delivering a high level of support across all things people.
As the HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills at the grassroots level and master your craft within this collaborative and supportive team.
Day to day, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing responsive and practical people support.
- Lead performance management processes, including Performance Support Plans and disciplinary actions
- Manage employment changes within your geographical patch
- Manage Worker’s Compensation cases from initial report to resolution.
- Coordinate development opportunities through RTO programs and traineeships.
- Oversee sponsorship programs within your portfolio.
- Support talent initiatives that strengthen attraction and retention.
- Enhance workplace culture by assisting with engagement activities.
- Add value through contributing to a variety of special projects.
- An experienced HR Coordinator/Advisor/Consultant/Administrator looking to broaden your generalist skills.
- Passionate and dedicated to producing work of high quality and maintaining a high standard
- Organised, able to manage competing priorities and a busy workload
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly, professional, and skilled at providing exceptional support.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a growing business.

- Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desirable
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
