The Role
Here at EBOS Group we have a great opportunity for a highly organised, HR Coordinator with an interest and experience in systems and reporting to join our highly engaged and supportive HR team on a 12 month contract basis.
Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader this role will be responsible for providing a full range of general administration support for all processes and key initiatives including end-to-end employee lifecycle processes leveraging our HR digital platform.
With a strong customer centric, service delivery focus and continuous improvement mindset, the HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting excellence in delivery of all services in line with SLAs, policies and standards.
What you will do:
- Provide first level query-based support and advice to employees and managers on HR processes, policies and systems;
- HRIS troubleshooting with the support of HRIS technical specialists;
- Deliver end to end Onboarding activities including compliance checks and contract administration;
- Data entry and management of employee records in HRIS - validation, letter generation and document management;
- Provide administration support for talent acquisition activities;
- Support with basic UAT testing requirements for system changes;
- Deliver standard and ad hoc reporting requirements including basic analysis;
- Support with project deliverables, training and change management activities;
- Assist employees and line managers with training collateral and updating documentation;
- Provide administrative support for people programs e.g. Service Awards, Employee Engagement Survey etc;
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and process documentation updates;
- Participate and support audit processes through data provision and testing requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management;
- Demonstrated experience in a broad HR administration role – experience in a shared services environment advantageous;
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel (Advanced level – VLOOKUP’s & Pivot Tables essential);
- Sound analytical skills – previous experience in reporting analytics beneficial;
- Understanding of Australian employment legislations and awards with previous experience in interpreting HR policies within a set framework;
- Experience in HR systems, processes and procedures especially with a top tier HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday) highly regarded;
- Highly developed communication skills with a strong customer service and delivery focus;
- High attention to detail and ability to resolve issues leveraging available resources;
- Strong time management skills and ability to deal with volume transactions.
