The Implementation & Activation Manager is an important role, ensuring operational excellence and driving day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
Working closely with your Director, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets. The role involves the development and application of specialist technical skills, as well as solid people management.

What Success Looks Like
In 3 months:
  • Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of and ability to clearly articulate the agency and group proposition, core processes, and our way of working.
  • Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns.
In 6 months:
  • Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way.
  • Owning the processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated on the performance of each campaign and demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
  • Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great teamwork consistently.
In 12 months:
  • Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume.
  • Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the agency team appropriately and ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Performance Specialist
The scope of the Implementation & Activation team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs.
Within the team, we have some members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work.
As a Performance Specialist within the Implementation & Activation team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional Social, Search, VOD & Display outcomes for clients.
