We're a fast-growing Sydney-based ready-made meals company looking for a hands-on, highly competent part-time marketing assistant to manage and grow our brand presence across email, social media, and content creation.
This is not a remote role — you will work in-house to shoot video/photos, manage campaigns, and help shape the visual and digital identity of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Set up and manage campaigns and flows (preferably using Klaviyo)
- Social Media Management: Plan and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Content Creation:
- Shoot in-house product photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)
- Edit and publish compelling content regularly
- Ad & Campaign Support:
- Assist in managing Meta ads (training available)
- Coordinate content for new products, promos, and seasonal campaigns
- Copywriting & Captioning: Write effective, engaging copy for posts, emails, and promotions
- Basic Design Work: Use Canva or Adobe tools to create simple brand assets
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Strong experience managing social accounts and campaigns for a brand
- Ability to shoot and edit video & photo content independently
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and content trends
- Understanding of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Able to work without needing constant instruction
Preferred:
- Prior work in food, fitness, or ecommerce industries
- Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom experience
- Understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads)
