We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Land Lease Communities Marketing team, a team of customer focused and innovative marketers who are passionate about their communities. This role will support the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and practices, across our Queensland communities with a focus on Ipswich and Logan regions, providing a great opportunity to continue to grow and expand on your marketing experience.
About the role
Supporting the Marketing team to execute local marketing plans and key initiatives including:
- National and local marketing and sales campaigns
- Execution of home stage releases, product marketing and sales driving events
- Assist with display home and community events
- Actively manage productivity of suppliers through strong and clear briefing
- Implement database communications planning such as eDMs and SMS
- Content development and management for online and offline channels
- Manage project collateral and maintenance
- Digital channel maintenance – website, property portals, social media, and other key channels
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities
- Provide administration support particularly in budget management
- Support marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey
About you
You’re someone that is keen to access learning and development opportunities and build your career development plan;
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- 2+ years Marketing experience, ideally from the property or construction industry
- Highly attentive to detail, ensuring clear, accurate and effective communication
- Project management experience
- Resilient, you are able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
