Property Coordinator

Westpac Group
$78,072 - $98,857 a year
New South Wales
Full time

Create your best future and join Westpac as a Property Coordinator.

What’s the role?

Are you passionate about property services and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Co-ordinator to join our Group Property and Security Workplace Operations team

This role is essential to support the Group Property and Security, Workplace, and Governance teams in workplace operations and project management office (PMO) activities. Your key performance measurements will include timeliness, quality, and customer feedback.

You’ll help keep our workplace operations running smoothly and assist with coordination across our Workplace and Governance functions. From managing inboxes and workplace requests, to supporting property projects and stakeholder engagement, you’ll be at the heart of it all. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexible work arrangements available.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of activities including PMO support, workplace operations, inbox and invoice management, Power BI reporting, and helping improve the operating rhythm across the team.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in project or program support roles, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint—to support reporting, coordination, and communication.
  • High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process enhancement.
  • Familiarity with finance-based systems (e.g. Oracle, JDE) and project management tools (e.g. Ingenious, Procore, Aconex) is highly regarded.
  • A solid understanding of property services or workplace operations is an advantage, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Ready to step into a role where your coordination skills, attention to detail, and passion for workplace excellence truly matter? Apply now and help shape the spaces where Westpac works best. We can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to the team.

Why join us?
