An Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educator is a dedicated professional who collaborates with early childhood education and care services to ensure that all children, including those with additional needs, have equitable access to quality education and care. This role is integral to fostering inclusive environments where every child can participate, learn, and thrive.
This role is Monday to Thursday.
Ideally 8 hour shift on Mondays & Wednesdays
Tuesday & Thursdays 5 hour shift.
However we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Work with educators, families, and specialists to implement individualised support plans for children with additional needs.
- Provide guidance and support to educators in adopting inclusive practices, ensuring all children can engage meaningfully in the learning environment.
- Assist in sourcing and utilising specialist equipment and resources to facilitate inclusion, in line with the Inclusion Support Program guidelines.
- Promote understanding and awareness of inclusion within the broader community, advocating for the rights and needs of all children.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in supporting children with additional needs.
- Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Preferred) or Certificate III in Education Support.(Preferred)
- Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
- Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.

Pay: $25.15 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week
