• Annual base salary from $142,838 - $150,860 plus 17% superannuation (salary will be commensurate with skills and experience)• Full Time, fixed-term role for 2 years

About the role
We are searching for a seasoned training professional, passionate about digital transformation, who’ll play a pivotal role in leading the development of high-quality role-based learning and end-user support solutions for the student 360 (S360) program, enabling business users to operate successfully a large digital transformation program.
We are seeking an experienced professional to analyse staff learning needs and drive the planning and development of comprehensive, effective and audience and culturally appropriate learning and training solutions to enable business users to operate successfully with new business processes, reports, data and Salesforce CRM functionality.
You’ll be key to equipping our staff to perform their roles effectively in the new ways of working being introduced via the successful implementation of an advanced student CRM (Salesforce). By doing so, you’ll contribute to the fulfillment of Macquarie University’s vision for comprehensive student and partner engagement and service delivery. The Student CRM Program is delivering a cutting-edge student CRM (Salesforce) to achieve holistic student engagement and service delivery, enabling the University to:
Provide a unified, 360-degree view of each student for improved engagement (while ensuring privacy protection).
Transform service delivery to enhance student experience and connection with the University by providing personalised services to support students throughout their journey.
Implement a technology platform adaptable to evolving University needs, fostering individualised student interaction.
Acquire insights and analytics across the student journey, refining student and partner services and experiences.
Phase out legacy systems.
You will report directly to the S360 Change Lead, engaging with, and supporting our staff community from senior leaders to individual team members. You’ll be part of a multi-discipline project team all working to ensure we deliver tangible value to our staff, students and corporate partners.

You will have expertise in the planning and development of leading practice, digital learning solutions, including the use of authoring software such as Articulate, as well as being an experienced trainer.

How to apply

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Extensive experience in the planning, development and delivery of high-quality learning solutions in the context of complex IT programs.
Extensive experience in the development of eLearning, instructional videos, and user guides.
Expert-level capability in the use of Articulate 360, Camtasia and other learning software.
Experience in administration of Learning Management Systems.
Exposure to using Digital Adoption Solutions and developing in-application help and other forms of guided learning to promote productivity.
Experience in leading and coaching other Instructional Designers and Training professionals.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communications skills (written and verbal), with the ability to integrate business processes, data standards and technology into learning solutions for non-technical audiences including senior and executive management level.
Proven team player with strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric outlook.
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, while sustaining deadlines.
Strong self-management skills to work autonomously while also collaborating with fellow members of the program.
