About the role
As part of our small, diverse and agile team you will be the primary contact for instructional design and online learning content management and delivery and partners with the eLearning Coordinator as a WM-LOL system 'Super User'.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:
Apply instructional design principles and practices, adult learning principles, interactive learning design and blended learning techniques to develop online materials and content.
Utilise high level interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review educational resources and online content.
Initiate, influence and maintain key stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful delivery of assignments and management of expectations.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Deliver safe, efficient, and quality services using your established knowledge of learning management systems, instructional design and online learning design and development and publishing practices.
Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, organise work priorities, and lead training activities.
Organise, coordinate, and prioritise online development of courses and related activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Collaborate with others and partner with content experts to support the development and maintenance of high-quality online learning content.
Seek opportunities to develop self and others to ensure a best practice approach is taken in creating and evaluating content and materials for online delivery.
Demonstrate values-based behaviour in interactions with team members, customers, and external partners.
