YOUR ROLE

As the Internal Communications and Administration Support Officer, you will play an important role in enhancing internal engagement and supporting the broader HR function. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be responsible for coordinating communications across the organisation, assisting in the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of core HR processes. This part-time position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model and is well suited to an experienced administrator seeking school-friendly hours.

With an organised and detail-oriented approach, you’re able to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
