As an Investment Oversight Analyst in our purpose-led investment team, which oversees more than $12.5bn across listed and unlisted assets, you’ll play a key part in executing our investment manager oversight processes. You’ll coordinate our quarterly oversight cycle, contribute to operational due diligence, and support valuation monitoring. It’s a role for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in getting the details right, and finds satisfaction in working with processes and improving them. And the best bit? About The Role
- Implementing the oversight program for FGIM’s external investment managers, including quarterly monitoring, operational due diligence, and valuation reviews.
- Contributing to manager selection activities and broader investment research initiatives as part of the Investment Research and Oversight Team.
- Maintaining structured, audit-ready documentation of oversight activities, issues and outcomes.
- Helping to improve tools, templates and systems that support efficient, high-quality information management and investment oversight.

We're looking for someone who
- Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
- Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
- Holds (or is nearing completion of) a CPA or CA qualification, or can demonstrate competence in reading a balance sheet or valuation model.
- Brings experience in institutional investment environments, including exposure to alternative assets
- Has evaluated investment managers across business operations, governance, and valuation practices
- Is highly organised and dependable, with confidence managing recurring reporting cycles
- Works with precision and structure, maintaining clear and accurate documentation
- Communicates with clarity and analytical rigour, translating complexity into actionable insights
