ISPT's Investment and Development function is responsible for realising the inherent value within our existing portfolio. The team is committed to driving development initiatives to maximise returns for our investors while actively pursuing new opportunities for our Funds. Day-to-day, the team takes on project management responsibilities, conducting thorough market and feasibility analyses. This approach ensures that ISPT's investments consistently yield strong returns, optimising the potential of both ISPT’s and our partners' investments in our diversified property portfolio.

The Role
Working across our Industrial portfolio, the Assistant Development Manager is responsible for providing support and assistance to management in all operational aspects, as assigned, so as to further expand and enhance knowledge of the development industry.
Key duties will include:
- Undertake comprehensive project preparation, research and planning.
- Support and adhere to Strategies and targets as communicated by Project Directors and Senior Development Managers
- Assist in the preparation and updating of Leasing documentation
- Prepare and update formal documents and reports.
Your Background and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in development, property, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in design management, construction and property development, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience
- Solid commercial/ legal/ financial acumen.
- Solid development industry knowledge.
- Good Microsoft suite and project management skills.
- Good decision-making, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
