As an IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in boosting collaboration and productivity across the business by supporting and rolling out essential systems.
You’ll lead a capable, customer-focused team that drives process automation, technology integration, and champions the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll balance technical expertise with people leadership, keeping things running smoothly and finding smarter ways to work.
This will be a full time, permnent position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement and lead the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the M365 application portfolio, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CRM and Atlassian products.
- Design and deliver tailored SharePoint and Power Apps solutions that improve collaboration, productivity and operational efficiency across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying across emerging trends and best practices in Microsoft 365, incorporating innovative methodologies and governance into business systems.
- Oversee application changes and deployments, ensuring they are delivered in a safe, controlled and compliant manner in line with EML’s change management procedures.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SharePoint and Power Apps solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Identify organisational development needs and deliver learning programs that enhance digital capability, while fostering a culture of information management excellence.
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar technology role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-driven business environment.
- Strong background in mentoring, guiding and leading technical teams, with a track record of managing escalations and resolving complex support issues.
- Essential experience supporting the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Hands-on expertise required in deploying flows and apps using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
