About Us
Our Enterprise Technology Advisory team combines expertise in intelligent automation, data engineering, and software integration to help our clients align their technology capabilities with strategic and operational goals. Leveraging KPMG’s extensive national and global resources, we take a multidisciplinary approach to unlock the potential of both existing and new technology investments.
Our Community Care (CC) team specialises in supporting care and health providers in the disability, aged care, and community services sectors. We provide software solutions for customer management, workforce management, mobile care delivery, and claims & payments. Our solutions include tailored industry extensions for compliance with quality standards and funding rules.
Your Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to join our Community Care team. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and documenting Power Platform solutions to meet the unique needs of care and health providers. Key responsibilities include:
- Hands-on Testing & Designing of Power Platform Solutions: Conduct thorough testing of Power Platform applications (e.g., Power Automate workflows, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, custom pages) to ensure stability, usability, and performance. Work directly with Power Platform concepts, including forms, views, and other D365 components, with minimal need for guidance.
- Process Documentation & User Guide Development: Develop clear, user-friendly documentation for business workflows, technical specifications, user guides, training manuals, and other materials to enhance end-user understanding.
- End-to-End Testing: Execute comprehensive test scenarios, including regression testing, load testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure functionality aligns with requirements and real-world use cases specific to the human services sector.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with project teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts through training materials, walkthroughs, and onboarding support.
- Azure DevOps Expertise: Utilise tools like Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Cases) to manage requirements, create test cases, and organise workflows effectively.
How are you Extraordinary?
We are looking for people who not only thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture but also bring the following:
- Strong Power Platform Expertise (Mandatory): Proven hands-on experience designing, testing, or performing business analysis specifically for Power Platform solutions. A strong understanding of Power Platform concepts, D365 (forms, views), and their real-world applications is critical.
- Exceptional Documentation Skills: Expertise in creating training manuals, user guides, and detailed process documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Thinking & Testing Capability: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps: Experience with tools like DevOps (specifically Boards and Test Cases) to organise workflows and manage testing processes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear communication for stakeholders at varying levels of technical knowledge.
Your Experience
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in:
- Testing and documenting Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, custom pages, etc.).
- Working on compliance, data governance, and scenarios relevant to human services sectors.
- Utilising tools such as DevOps, SharePoint, or Confluence to organise workflows, tasks, and documentation.
- Familiarity with care, health, or community sector domains is HIGHLY DESIRABLE but not essential
