We’re a friendly and creative arts café just 5 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. Customers visit us to relax, enjoy a coffee, and create something special. We’re growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team member to help us deliver a great experience every time.
The Role
You’ll be welcoming customers, explaining how our creative sessions work, making coffees, keeping the café tidy, and ensuring everyone leaves happy. Full training is provided — no prior experience needed, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Duties include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and explaining our creative process
- Preparing tables and serving food/drinks
- Assisting customers with paint, tools, and materials
- Cleaning and resetting tables between sessions
- Following our opening and closing checklist
- Basic stock checks and restocking supplies
- Occasional glazing and handling of creative works (full training provided)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, presentable, and reliable
- Can follow instructions and work unsupervised
- Works well with both adults and children
- Is available Thursday–Sunday, including some evenings for events
- (Bonus) Enjoys creating content for Instagram or TikTok to showcase our café
Hours & Pay
- Casual role, approx. 4–5 hours per shift
- Award wages (Hospitality Industry General Award – Level 1 casual rate, age-appropriate) + super
