As our next Key Accounts Executive, play a pivotal role in shaping Toby’s national presence by managing and building new key customer relationships while driving commercial growth across group accounts.
About the role
This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, negotiation, and commercial impact. You’ll own a portfolio of national and group accounts, ensuring their long-term growth through cross-selling, upselling, and joint initiatives. At the same time, you’ll identify and secure new opportunities that expand Toby’s footprint in the market.
You’ll be the go-to partner for your customers - building trust, presenting new products, activating marketing initiatives, and ensuring every onboarding experience feels seamless. Collaboration across our Sales, Finance, Marketing, Coffee, and Service teams is central to success.
About you
We’re hiring for skills first, not just years of industry experience. While a background in B2B sales, FMCG, or coffee is advantageous, what matters most is your adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving mindset. You bring commercial nous, confidence in negotiation, and a collaborative spirit that builds lasting partnerships.

- Can navigate commercial discussions with clarity and confidence.
- Are curious, proactive, and willing to learn the world of coffee through the role.
- Bring strong organisation and time management to balance competing priorities.
- Use data, CRM tools (we use HubSpot), and insights to drive smarter decisions.
