Join Nine as a Leader Advisory & Safety Partner and be instrumental in guiding leaders across the employee lifecycle.
You'll ensure a positive workplace while promoting HR best practices and minimising risk. Empower our leaders to create a thriving culture of inclusiveness, safety, and well-being within our People Experience team.
Day to day you will:
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on all employee-related matters, from performance to conflict resolution.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and legal compliance, developing accessible resources for leaders.
- Guide leaders in effective performance management, including setting expectations, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
- Oversee and manage complex employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance and promoting fair treatment and psychological safety.
- Champion and embed our organisational culture and values, supporting leaders through change management.
- Collaborate with P&C functions to deliver seamless service, leveraging HR technology to enhance the manager experience.
Qualifications
You'll be a highly skilled and supportive HR professional with a talent for guiding leaders and empowering a positive employee experience and high-performing workplace.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in advisory and coaching, guiding leaders through complex employee situations.
- Solid HR expertise with an ability to confidently apply Safety framework and employment law.
- A talent for problem-solving, assessing intricate situations and developing practical solutions.
