Legal AI Implementation Specialist
About Haast
We’re not just talking about AI – we’re building one of the first enterprise-grade LLM implementations that delivers real, measurable value to compliance and legal teams today.
For the last 2 years, we’ve been transforming how organisations handle compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into a smooth, intelligent process. Our AI-powered platform helps legal, compliance, and marketing teams revolutionise their operations with up to 80% faster reviews and a 4x boost in productivity.
Why is this exciting?
Because we're surfing the biggest wave in enterprise tech – the AI revolution. As the regtech industry rockets toward a $50 billion future, we're proudly flying the Australian flag on the global stage.
Think about it: Design has Canva. Projects have Trello. Now, Compliance has Haast.
The Role: AI Implementation Specialist
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer success, product strategy, and enterprise AI enablement. You’ll be one of the first hires in Haast’s customer success and implementation function, working directly with our customers to ensure they get real-world, lasting value from our platform.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to legal, marketing, and compliance teams across Australia’s top institutions, guiding them through onboarding, AI rule configuration, and rollout. This is a unique opportunity to help define how enterprise-grade AI is deployed in highly regulated environments - and learn more in 12 months than most roles offer in 3 years.
What You’ll Do
Lead AI implementation projects from onboarding to rollout — you’ll own the customer journey from day one.
Work with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and compliance rule sets to understand their pain points.
Work side-by-side with legal, marketing, and compliance users to help them understand and trust the platform.
Troubleshoot technical or strategic blockers and find creative, elegant ways through them.
Translate messy real-world documents into structured insights our AI can act on.
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape Haast’s roadmap based on live customer needs.
Build out repeatable playbooks and best practices as we scale — you’ll help us build the foundations.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 2–5 years of experience ideally practicing law (with a JD or equivalent legal qualification), or in a fast-paced, client-facing, strategic, or operational role (consulting, early stage ops, etc.)
Love solving complex business problems with smart, practical solutions — and aren’t afraid of ambiguity
Strong engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and build credibility at all levels
Are excited by AI and already tinkering with tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Are detail-oriented, self-driven, and thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Have strong organisational skills and can run a customer implementation like a well-oiled machine
