You’ll lead a team of Home Finance Managers and Lending Managers to shine as customer champions. Working in the competitive lending space, you’ll be accountable for hitting lending sales goals, rolling out business development plans, and bringing out the best in your lenders – so that they can provide the best customer experience for every customer they help.
Your team will look to you for advice and support. And you’ll use your people and professional skills to make sure everyone follows your lead – so that our customers get the best possible experience.
What do I need?
Leadership skills and lending experience are a must-have – as you’ll be using those to not only grow our lending business share in your area, but to empower your team to grow their own skills as well. You’ll know how to tap into new business opportunities in your networks and can think strategically to deliver better results. All while possessing the self-motivation that’s needed to genuinely lead the way forward.
