Lifestyle Officer - Shalom Centre, Macquarie Park
- Permanent Part Time Lifestyle Officer role - 48 hours per fortnight
- Offering 2 to 3 days per week - Family-friendly hours: 9:30AM to 4:00PM

About the Role:
Located at Macquarie Park, BaptistCare Shalom Centre is surrounded by meticulously landscaped gardens and a supportive community. It provides high-quality care in a shared accommodation setting that is accessible to all individuals.
As a Lifestyle Officer, you’ll help create meaningful and uplifting experiences for our residents through engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs. Your work will support mental health, foster independence, and celebrate each resident’s individuality.
With a well-designed activity program as your guide, you’ll tailor experiences to reflect each person’s unique interests and values—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered.
You’ll be supported every step of the way by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team at Macquarie Park, working together to deliver exceptional care and quality of life.

About You:
- You hold Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification, or a willingness to attain
- You have relevant Aged Care experience in a similar role
- You love being part of a team and you enjoy interacting with older people
- You can navigate your way around a computer, and you have a willingness to take part in ongoing education
- You hold a current First Aid certificate
- You hold a current drivers license
