Job responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Assist in driving the preparation and implementation of the JV, including but not limited to project planning, progress tracking, resource coordination, and problem-solving;
Gain an indepth understanding of existing logistics business processes and support the segmentation, integration, and handover of related operations;
Organize and coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of project tasks;
Develop and optimize project management processes to ensure smooth project progress;
Prepare and submit project reports, providing management with updates on project progress and risk assessments.
2.Solution Design:
Design and implement comprehensive logistics solutions in warehousing, transportation, and distribution based on customer business needs;
Analyze existing logistics processes, propose improvement suggestions, and coordinate resources for implementation;
Leverage data analysis and industry insights to design efficient logistics operation models;
Monitor industry trends to explore innovative solutions and enhance customer experience and service quality.
3. Operations Management and Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of logistics operations, identify issues, and drive improvements;
Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
Ensure that logistics services meet quality standards and customer requirements;
Address unexpected issues in daily operations by providing timely and effective solutions.
4. Network Optimization:
Develop and implement nationwide cold chain warehousing and distribution network optimization plans to improve the scientific and efficient layout of the network;
Analyze logistics network data, identify weaknesses, and propose improvement suggestions to enhance delivery timeliness and cost control capabilities;
Participate in the planning and evaluation of new network sites to ensure the rationality and feasibility of network expansion.
5. Customer and Team Collaboration:
Maintain close communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support;
Coordinate between internal teams and customers to ensure the efficient implementation of solutions;
Provide technical support and knowledge training to enhance the overall capability of the team;
Collect customer feedback regularly to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2.At least 10 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with hands-on expertise in warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations; Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with the ability to independently manage complex projects;
3.Excellent project management skills, familiar with project management tools
and methodologies (PMP certification preferred);
4.Indepth understanding of logistics operations and strong solution design and optimization capabilities;
5.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data;
6.Proficient in Office software, with familiarity in logistics management systems (e.g., WMS, TMS) preferred;
7.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to coordinate resources across multiple stakeholders;
8.Language Skills: Fluent English (preferably native level) & Basic proficiency Chinese (preferred);
9.Familiarity with Chinese culture or prior experience working with Chinese companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
