We are seeking a manager who:
- Has experience in Asbestos and Lagging and/or Significant Site Manager experience
- A & B Class Licencing (Or willing to obtain)
- Are visible and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team.
- Have an eye for detail and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with Aestec Management
- Develop project programs and execution plans
- Manage Clients and Subcontractors
- Build and maintain Client relationships by ensuring requirements and expectations of Safety, Quality, Schedule, Budget and Contract Administration are met
- Manage compliance in line with relevant legislations, regulations and standards
- Coordinate employees, sub-contractors, materials and machinery according to program and budget
- Champion incident investigations timely reporting
- Management of the project quality assurance deliverables
- Oversee performance improvement processes
- Protecting the interests of the company with your expert skillsets
It would be great if you also have:
- A minimum of 5 years in a Leadership Role.
- Practical and manual skills
- High level skills of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word and Outlook
- A positive attitude towards yours and others safety.
