About the organisation
Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales.
Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping.
Spatial Services' provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.
About the role
The Manager Business Products leads the enhancement and delivery of Spatial Services externally facing products and services such as websites and application tools. Additionally, this position is responsible for the business operation of the Spatial Digital Twin and associated data delivery channels.
This role requires passion and commitment to building and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional customer service. It also requires a high level of attention to government obligations, policies and available service offerings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience liaising with multiple technical resources to ensure delivery of key milestones on a range of short and long-term projects
- Ability to build strong relationship with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and effectively manage competing priorities
- Senior level experience leading and managing a team
Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $145378 base plus superannuation
