Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the workforce reform agenda in SA Health. The Manager, National Workforce Policy has a key role in influencing and leading national workforce strategy and policy within SA Health. The role includes significant liaison at the national level and the role provides advice to senior executives and stakeholders and manages a team of policy officers. A fundamental requirement of the position is to develop strategic linkages and opportunities for enabling workforce policy reform aligned to South Australia's strategic needs and system reforms.
The role involves conducting thorough research and analysis to inform policy decisions and the preparing of detailed reports, briefs and submissions for senior management and government ministers.
