We’re looking for a Full Time Venue Manager to lead Yo-Chi Mandurah, a vibrant venue loved by locals and visitors alike. What you’ll be doing:

• Shape success and set the tone at Yo-Chi Mandurah.
• Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage day-to-day operations including labour, P&L, and cost controls.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
• Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing, engaged team.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and values-led culture.
• Build strong connections with the Mandurah community.

• Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred).
• Proven success with KPIs, labour budgets, and financial management.
