About the opportunity:

The Marketing Administrator is part of the Weeks Homes Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. The key focus of this role is to produce and deliver marketing communication material for both internal and external stakeholders. More specifically, you will:
  • Support internal departments & the executive team with the development of all marketing requirements
  • Coordinate internal communication including newsletters and company updates
  • Provide logistical support for events (internal & external) including production of presentations and coordination
  • Manage and maintain updates to the company website within a timely manner including articles and blog posts
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as required

About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline
  • Experience in design programs (e.g. Adobe suite) or work experience in graphic design – Highly regarded
  • Possess a creative and can-do mindset
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • A passionate multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, loves to juggle, and works well in a highly productive team environment
