We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The Construction Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage schedules, budgets, and resources. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to the job site.
- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, such as change orders, RFIs, and site reports.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any logistical issues.
- Assist in managing subcontractor performance and quality control.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in construction coordination or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
