What You'll Do:
You'll be the first point of contact for our business, making a real impact by:
- Managing all communications: Answering phones, handling emails, and directing inquiries to the right person.
- Booking new quotes and following up on existing ones.
- Keeping our CRM software updated with all client interactions.
- Taking charge of our financials in Xero: processing invoices, reconciling transactions, and chasing late payments.
- Liaising directly with our accountant/bookkeeper for anything they need.
- Helping to grow our online presence by posting engaging content on social media and updating our website.
- Supporting the scheduling of new jobs with our Business Lead.
- Assisting our Construction Lead with material orders and general project admin.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, ideally within a trades or construction environment.
- Proficient in Xero and CRM software (tell us which ones!).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage your time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
