The Marketing Manager – Domestic Student Recruitment is an experienced marketer with a passion for education and student outcomes, ready to take the next step in student recruitment within the domestic market. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, this role is operational in nature and supports and contributes to the execution of the domestic student recruitment strategy for Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT) and Western Sydney University, Sydney City Campus (WSUSCC). It is a hands-on position, focusing on the planning, coordination, and delivery of student recruitment activities, brand activities, on-campus and off-campus event management, lead nurturing and conversion, and relationship building with schools, community groups, and other key stakeholders. Kindly note that this role is focused on student recruitment and sales, rather than marketing communications.
The role requires significant involvement in marketing events and outreach activities, many of which take place outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong logistical coordination skills, the ability to engage with prospective students, and confidently representing SIBT, WSUSCC and the University Partner at recruitment events are essential.
