Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this is a fast-paced and multifaceted role that will give you exposure to a wide range of marketing activities across multiple business divisions. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage day-to-day marketing tasks while also contributing to bigger-picture strategy and campaign execution.

Access Hardware is Australia’s leading supplier of commercial door hardware, locksmithing, and security solutions. With a national presence and over 250 staff across the country, we support trade, commercial, and major project customers with a complete range of products and services.
We’ve recently strengthened our offering with the acquisition of API Access & Security, expanding our team and capabilities to become the largest commercial locksmith and security network in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Campaign Calendar - Take responsibility for and end-to-end campaign execution and communication, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand
- Coordinate integrated marketing activity across print, digital, and web channels
- Support the sales department’s with marketing initiatives, creating targeted campaigns and materials that directly drive sales and business opportunities
- Coordinate email communications and assist with campaign content development
- Create targeted lead generation programs to drive enquiries and sales
- Write compelling copy for emails, ads, and other marketing materials
- Support the online store with promotional content and merchandising
- Manage website updates and content using our CMS (CMS experience preferred)
- Assist with planning and delivery of events, tradeshows and sponsorships
- Provide ongoing marketing support across key divisions and business areas
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a full time Marketing Coordinator role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.)
- Looking to take the next step and take more ownership of projects
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Enjoy a fast pace with multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently
- A campaign expert who loves taking a plan from concept to rollout and seeing results
- Highly proactive and detail-oriented, you keep multiple projects on track with ease
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience using a CMS to update websites and manage digital content
- Strong organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
