About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of HIF’s acquisition marketing program in line with HIF’s vision, values and strategic plans.
This role will contribute to achieving HIF’s growth objectives by overseeing our digital agency with the development and delivery of our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role involves strong stakeholder management, cross-business planning, and executing effective programs within budget and timelines. This is a part time position (30 hours per week, 0.8 FTE). Working hours and days are flexible and can be discussed during the interview
What we're looking for in you
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of acquisition and retention marketing theories and demonstrated experience in delivering acquisition and/or retention campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital marketing strategies across multiple media (e.g. email marketing, SEM, SEO and PPC).
- Experience in managing agency relationships
- A highly attuned creative mind, with a passion for digital.
- Analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and internal teams.
Desirable
- Experience in private health insurance, healthcare or insurance industry, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and web development principles related to SEO.
- Experience working with digital marketing channels, and new and emerging technologies.
- Experience working with content management systems.
- Experience executing SEO improvement projects.
