Job Description
Currently, this position is located in our project office in Sydney CBD, with occasional site visits. Once the project is fully operational, it will transition to a 14/7 roster-based arrangement out of the Central West Orana Region.

ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of scope to comply with Project HS&E requirements
- Foster a positive team culture, actively coach and develop crew and individual capabilities and positive behaviors
- Work closely with the engineering/ technical team ensuring implementation of site materials management systems and procedures
- Ensure the input of identified material requirements into the Materials management system
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of materials and equipment to the Site
- Manage the safe offloading of materials from trailers at centralised Project Laydown, efficient material handling, receipt and store materials in compliance with the OEM requirements
- Manage the safe order picking, loading of material for transport to site including compliance with Chain of Responsibility and HVNL requirements
- Implement materials receipting, OS&D reporting, warehousing and work pack development and issuance to construction processes and procedures
- Work with Construction team to plan and forecast site plant equipment requirements including mobilisation and demobilisation dates
- Work with cost control on the forecast of plant and equipment control accounts
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong experience in applying health and safety standard to materials offloading and storage facilities
- >5 years warehousing, laydown and materials management experience
- Materials management experience working in multi-discipline complex projects
- Experience in setting up and operating site materials storage yards and warehousing
- Experience in the utilisation of a materials management system
- Experience working with construction teams on the tracking and coordinating of materials tracking, receipt, storage and issuing to Construction
- Experience working with construction teams on the tracking and coordinating of plant and equipment
