Our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services – Defence business currently provides asset management, facilities management and large range of support to ADF site across Australia. We have an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join the team. You will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and working alongside our highly capable internal trades team, and Service Delivery Partners. Your role as a Mechanical Fitter will see you based at Russell Offices in the ACT, delivering maintenance services to the various asset buildings. Your primary day to day responsibilities will include responding to reactive maintenance, with a focus on improving the longevity of fixed plant and equipment and assisting (where required) with preventative maintenance.

- Diverse scope of work on a variety of Fixed Plant equipment.

About you:
- Hold an Australian Mechanical Fitter qualification
- White Card
- Asbestos & Silicia Awareness
- ACT Drivers Licence
- Must be an Australian Citizen in order to gain Base line clearance
- Willing to complete pre-employment checks (medical, reference check & national police check)
